This section deals with having your goods delivered, the charges and how to return them if they're damaged in any way.

How much does delivery cost?
Due to the size of futons and beds, we can only offer the FREE standard and express delivery to the orange (Zone 1) areas

Standard - 10 - 15 working day delivery is FREE for all products

 

Express - 2 - 3 day delivery is FREE for Express Futons.

Green (Zone 2) Charges
Once we receive your order will will confirm the delivery charge. Please note, we will never process your order prior to your acceptance of the delivery charge.

 

Other Products
For all other products, standard 10 - 15 working day carriage is £9.99 for mainland U.K (excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland).

 

Please note that deliveries are not made on bank holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Our Standard delivery will reach you within 10 - 15 working days of receipt of your order. Our carriers will deliver direct to your door anywhere in the UK mainland. If you live in a flat, our carriers offer a kerb side delivery that includes delivery to your buildings ground floor entrance. Transportation of your products beyond this point is purely at the discretion of the delivery driver.

For Express Service, orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 2 - 3 days. Orders after this time will be processed the following day and will be 2 - 3 days from then.

Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays.

 

What day and time will my standard delivery product arrive?

Prior to dispatching your order, customer that have ordered our standard futons or beds, will be contacted by phone to arrange a convenient delivery day. Please note that we can only deliver between Monday and Friday (excluding bank holidays) and that delivery's will arrive between 8am and 6pm.

 

What do I do if there is no-one to receive a delivery?

That's ok, if you have not provided an alternative delivery address (a neighbour for example), the carrier will leave a card with a contact number so you can arrange a new delivery time that suits you.

 

What do I do if items are damaged?

Get in touch with Customer Service Department, Tel. 01778 343766 or Fax. 01778 341188 straight away (between 9.00 - 17.30 Mon-Fri). We will arrange for an replacement to be dispatched.

 

What happens if I live in a flat?

Our carriers offer a kerb side delivery that includes delivery to your buildings ground floor entrance. Transportation of your products beyond this point is purely at the discretion of the delivery driver.

 

2 Mand Deliver Information

2 Man Deliveries are made on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) to a room of your choice, provided there are no access issues or circumstances where damage might occur to persons, product, or property.
We will contact you by phone as soon as your items are available for delivery. to agree a suitable delivery date.
The afternoon prior to delivery, the carriers will send you a text message to remind that delivery will take place the following day and confirm whether a AM or PM time slot has be allocated.
AM deliveries run from 07.00 - 13.00hrs and PM run from 12.00 – 18.00hrs.
You will receive a call prior to delivery (if the crew have a signal).
On arrival, the carrier will survey and risk assess the access route and location for delivery. Full equipment is provided to protect flooring if required.  Certain products are too large or awkward to be taken upstairs and delivery may be refused if this is not possible. The delivery does not include unpacking of the products.
Upon completion you will be asked to sign our delivery note which confirms receipt of their order and that no damage has occurred to the packaging or their property.
Packaging (apart from pallets) will be left with you in case of there is a need to return the items.
In the event that you are not at home upon the carriers arrival, the carrier will wait up to 15 minutes whilst trying to make contact by telephone. If unsuccessful, a card will then be put through you door. The carriers Call Centre will then re-book an alternative delivery date with you, which will incur an additional charge. If no contact is made within 48hrs the order will be returned to us
Please note that we use 7.5t vehicles, which are considered most suitable for home delivery. However, should a smaller vehicle be required you state this when placing your order.
You can cancel deliveries by contacting us up to 3 working days before delivery at no charge. Thereafter cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.
Please note that By 10am and By Noon delivery upgrades are NOT available on 2 man deliveries.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the dimensions of the product will allow the delivery personnel to manoeuvre the product to the desired location.
