as soon as possible, with standard delivery being 10 working days. |

The carriage charge
of £19.99 is per individual futon. |

delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. Carriage charges for other
destinations are available on request. Please note that deliveries are
not made at weekends or bank holidays. |

goods carry manufacturers' guarantees and warranties. |

Damages,
shortages or faulty goods should be notified to Water Gardening Direct within
48 hours of delivery. |

Gardening Direct reserves the right to repair or replace faulty or damaged
goods. Should you experience any difficulties with your product, please
contact us to discuss the problem. If it is established that the product
is faulty, we will be happy to arrange for a collection and replacement
of your product. |

Limited denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged
or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. |

wish to return the item to ourselves for credit or exchange. We reserve
the right to charge you our standard delivery charge (£19.99) for
the collection of the product. |

will only be undertaken once the item(s) have been received by ourselves
and are deemed to be in a re-saleable condition. |
