All Items priced including VAT at STANDARD RATE where applicable.
 
2.
Every effort is made to dispatch our products as soon as possible, with standard delivery being 10 - 15 working days.
 
3.
All products are designed for domestic occasional use unless stated otherwise.
 
4.
Futon delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. Carriage charges for other destinations are available on request. Please note that deliveries are not made at weekends or bank holidays.
 
5.
All goods remain the property of Futon Sofa Beds Direct Limited until paid for in full.
 
6.
All goods carry manufacturers' guarantees and warranties.
 
7.
Damages, shortages or faulty goods should be notified to Futon Sofa Beds Direct within 48 hours of delivery.
 
8.
Futon Sofa Beds Direct reserves the right to repair or replace faulty or damaged goods. Should you experience any difficulties with your product, please contact us to discuss the problem. If it is established that the product is faulty, we will be happy to arrange for a collection and replacement of your product.
 
9.
English law applies on all transactions.
 
10.
Futon Sofa Beds Direct Limited denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers.
 
11.
Please note that all credit card payments are processed upon receipt of order.
 
12.
Should you decide once you have received your Futon Sofa Bed or Bunk Bed, that you wish to return the item to ourselves for credit or exchange. We reserve the right to charge you our standard delivery charge (£19.99 or £49.99 for 2 man) for the collection of the product.
 
13.
Any refund or exchange will only be undertaken once the item(s) have been received by ourselves and are deemed to be in a re-saleable condition.
