How can I pay for my order ?
As with most online ordering systems, we can only accept payments via Credit Cards or Charge Cards (i.e. Visa, Master Card, Switch, Visa Electron & Solo)

How can you ensure that my Credit Card / Charge Details are kept safe?

The system used by the online ordering parts of our site is protected using a 128 bit SSL to encrypt (scramble) your credit card details. This scrambled data is passed to our site and then in turn passed to ourselves. It is not until it arrives at our offices, that we then de-scramble your data which then reveals you information. Remember, that your Credit Card information is never stored on our web site in an unencrypted (unscrambled) form.
What other information do you keep?

In addition to your Credit Card / Charge Card information, we also record your Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-mail address and details of the products that you have ordered to allow us to process your order. This information is also retained to ensure the highest levels of Customer Services & Support to our customers.

Will Water Gardening Direct give my details to other companies?

ABSOLUTELY NOT, we only retain your information to ensure our levels of services to our customers, and therefore will never allow you information to be passed to or used by any other companies or persons without your express permission.

Will you use my information to contact me in the future?

We may use your address and or e-mail to send you future copies of our product brochure or special offers. However if you would prefer not to receive this information, please e-mail us at our Please Remove My Details address and we will be happy to ensure that your information is not used for this purpose.
